FIBRA Monterrey Completes Acquisition of 98.12% of FIBRA Macquarie

On 4 November, FIBRA Monterrey completed the internalisation of FIBRA Macquarie’s management and confirmed ownership of approximately 98.12% of its outstanding real-estate investment certificates following the public acquisition offer.
